Going against the President or Congress is Sedition.
Treason is giving care and aid to the enemy who are are at war with the USA. doesn't even have to be a state or one that has actually declared war on the USA.
Either way, Congress is holding the purse strings and can cut off a shit ton of Federal funding to bring them to heel.

Look them up.
Going against the orders of the President and Congress is Sedition.
Treason is working with an individuals/groups or states that are at war with the USA. doesn't actually have to be an officially declared war either.
Knowing the difference helps in making an argument, much like the First amendment and people arguing that Facebook and Twitter are violating it,. they are not.
First amendment applies to Congress, not private companies.
