The White House website is no longer available in Spanish - LA Times
'President Trump, who chided his opponents during the campaign for speaking Spanish, has made a tangible change to the White House website to eliminate bilingual access. '
'Jeb Bush when he spoke Spanish. '
'Spokesman Sean Spicer suggested the translation option may return but made no specific commitment on timing when asked about it Monday. '
'He spoke generally about the high volume of work facing the technology team during the changeover.“We are continuing to build out the website...," Spicer said. '
'The site , which the Trump administration took over on Friday, no longer includes an option for translation into Spanish or another that gives information about access for disabled users that had existed under President Obama. '

Yes, but you will only be able to access it from the Mexico side of the border.

They should let this one project be done like a typical government web project, and have it take years to complete at great cost.

How about years to complete, and not complete, more like moved to the bottom of the archive pile in the basement along with Milton and his red stapler.

Legislation should be introduced to make English the official and only language used to do Federal govt. business and communications.

Glad.
I have always thought that you should learn the language of the country you visit.
That is why when an USA citizen comes to my country I only speak to them in spanish, have some fucking courtesy for the place you are at and don't be an ignorant.

I speak American wherever I go. It's the default international language.

I agree with the main sentiment, but if somebody was struggling here and at least attempting to learn I wouldn't intentionally leave them in the dark. It's impossible to become fluent in a language before every time you visit a new country.

This one thing made me happier than all the other things he's done so far (which is more than Obama has done in the last four years)

The US doesn't have an official language. That being said English is the lingua franca and should be used by everyone.
