Yep. It's easy so far on voat because there's only like 50 comments per post max (usually). But on that other site, I always hated seeing the "8000 hidden comments, press more to see the next 10". Fuck that noise son, I don't got that kind of time. Let me sort these things by what I'm looking for, including the most downvoted ones.

I always check, on voat I rarely find anyone being silenced that shouldn't be.

However on reddit you can almost always find people being silenced. Well you used to now those comments get deleted.

heavily downvoted comments shouldnt even be collapsed unless they're spam.

I very much agree. @atko, can we do this?

Only if I want to follow the discussion that is occuring. Usually the person being silenced deserves it and I'd probably add to the downvotes if I had the CCP

The far right abuses the voting here in both directions. Last time I checked -- which admittedly was a few months ago -- it had reached proportions so absurd that nobody on the left could even comment without being hit by targeted downvoting. Internet disinformation has become an extremely large angle for businesses over the last several years. They saw the internet steering left and they decided to act.

i hate seeing someone spouting truth only to receive a total of 1 downvoat from a shill.
