The far right abuses the voting here in both directions. Last time I checked -- which admittedly was a few months ago -- it had reached proportions so absurd that nobody on the left could even comment without being hit by targeted downvoting. Internet disinformation has become an extremely large angle for businesses over the last several years. They saw the internet steering left and they decided to act.

Yep. It's easy so far on voat because there's only like 50 comments per post max (usually). But on that other site, I always hated seeing the "8000 hidden comments, press more to see the next 10". Fuck that noise son, I don't got that kind of time. Let me sort these things by what I'm looking for, including the most downvoted ones.
