I never feel that I need to explain shit like I would on reddit. When I was talking about sugar, I was making reference to its capacity to change gut PH which usually causes an explosion of Candida A. or H. Pylori (or both), depending on the individual. It seems to me that the thousands of organisms that live in our meat sacks come undone and cause a petri dish effect ...where a certain nutritional balance leads to a facilitated conquest of a normally balanced organism population.
Same thing we see in the macro world when we remove a keystone predator. Think dear island in Niagara Falls...they took away the wolves...Deer pop exploded, infectious deer disease followed...
