The phrase "history of vitamin D deficiency" is just confusing the fuck out of me. I mean, if they had rickets they would be winging about that. History implies either a long stretch or multiple periods of however the fuck they figured they had the deficiency. So they didn't realize the first time or any time that they needed to take a fucking vitamin pill or just roll their bloated carcass outside for a fraction of a day?

They eat so much yet are malnourished and deficient, because all they eat is beetusy trash

^ Your daily IUs of vitamin D take up so little volume that they actually have to make the pill bigger. For contrast, a pill with 100% DV of calcium would be too large to possibly swallow.

It ain't the D that is the issue. It's the K that is needed in tandem with the D for the body to use the D. Fatties will drink milk and get their D from the government. Unfortunately, to get K you need to eat, you guessed it, vegetables. The horror.

You achieved the perfect smear. I really want to read it, and I can make some words out, but it would be way too much effort to really try to read it.

Found it. I don't know why OP blurred it out. The rest of the post is solid FPH material and the comments are a fatlogic bonus. "Ree, treat me and my obesity related problems like a thin person!!"

Fats are so stupid, they don't realize how many problems are tied to diet and exercise. Of course you're going to feel like shit when you're malnourished, less flexible, have shitty carduovascular health, and are carrying around an extra 100 pounds.

Thanks for doing that.

"Ree, treat me and my obesity related problems like a thin person!!"

So we see the reality behind "my doctor profiled me because I'm overweight, they didn't even run any tests!" OP complains that Jcc123 is Baltzing 'em.

HAES in a nutshell. As long as I can still breath (barely), talk, and eat, I'm perfectly healthy.

It's not hard to hear,I live in my body. I know my current state. But it's not the issue at hand. I could understand the weight being relevant if I were referring to knee joints, but

Why are they always "living in their body"? I've never heard anyone say that except the morbidly obese.

Best part is when they asked "if a person with a normal BMI wrote this post and you were only addressing the issue with my arms and hands what would your theory be?" and the person responded back with the exact same answer. Diabetic neuropathy... The fact that they think that the doctor wouldn't suspect diabetes in a thin or fit person means that diabetes is a fat persons disease. Fat people? Getting diseases? So shocked!

I actually hear "living in your body" fairly often in eating disorder recovery. I don't think they use it the same as an obeast does. It's supposed to mean being 'present' in your body, i.e. actually paying attention to hunger signals or what your ED voice is telling you to do and how that confirms/conflicts with what your body is telling you. Not really the same, so it seems like yet another thing hamhands have warped for their own use.

It can't be obesity cuz HAES. Now that we have ruled out the impossible, we are left with the incredibly improbable, like genetics, conditions, and other fatlogic excuses.
