I don't know what this is called in English, but: She is not even making the claim they are truth-based, she is casually mentioning it as if it were a universal truth.

They're not retiring it, they're just trying to regain their whole stance of "Pizzagate is fake, don't trust Alex Jones or Breitbart, we're the only real news sources" narrative while trying to stop the use of the "fake news" narrative by the "new mainstream media" that are all these online sites, YouTube channels, podcasts, and talk radio shows.
