So, in your mind, rape, mass murder, child molestation... these things can somehow be spun as good?
Grow up.

I want different of opinions. Although I know those things are evil, I would like to hear different of opinions on the topics. Not to change my mind, but I am just intrigued. I am tired of everyone having the same opinion on topics especially in film. I am interested in psychology and I don't want my research to be limited to a bubble. But I see where you're coming from.

You can see and explore how a narcissist could do these things and still think that s/he's misunderstood and they're the hero of their own story.
Also we all want to treat these people like entities of pure evil but you'll have a hard time reconciling that hitler loved his cat or dog or whatever or that a child molester goes home and takes care of his aging mom or whatever.
Does it condone their actions? No. Can it make us question why people do this and how can it be that these people that do horrible things aren't entities of pure evil that go around kicking puppies and setting hospitals on fire all the time.

So, what you're saying is arson that kills some newly weds is somehow less egregious if the person turns around and helps an old lady across the street? That's very liberal of you.
If a we as a society need a Sundance film to show us how to objectively question the motives of dangerous criminals, we have bigger problems. So I say again, grow up.

Obligatory mention of The Greatest Story Never Told. View this as nazi / axis propaganda, but still, it will make you doubt the WW2 history you've been taught. It's long as hell, though.

Have you ever sewn the TV series "Dexter"? It's about a serial killer who justifies his killings by only killing bad guys: murderers and child molesters and things like that.

Tucker and Dale vs Evil.
The movie is the stereotypical college kids going camping in the woods, one gets taken, and the rest try to rescue her. But this time it's filmed from the hillbillies that live in the woods point of view, instead of the college kids.
This fits the criteria of what you're looking for, right?

That's interesting. I felt the opposite. it humanized those demons for me for some reason.

Check out Hellstorm. It's a documentary more from the perspective of Germany during WWII. It will definitely make you think differently about the war, or at the very least question what you have learned about it.
