Now, here is the wider construction pic with evidence ringed in yellow and red http://imgur.com/a/qIfkG
Why is that thing circled in yellow?
This is still a bit much for me to take in. Is this construction room connected to the same space where the platform office is?

The thing circled in yellow is the underside of the staircase heading upstairs. You can see the triangular shape of this in one of the other pics taken from in the room opposite that you can just see through that doorway. This is important as some people thought this was a raised door and thus, evidence of a secret doorway into the building next door to Comet (the former McCullough construction building). I argued against that idea strongly and these pictures prove the location is Pegasus and not next door to Comet.

You're talking about the room with the coat hanger stain, and on the right bottom of the picture is a sliding door? If I understand correctly, 2 photos show the coat hanger stain from a different angle.

100% right. This is Pegasus. Let's concentrate on placing the rooms, doors and windows in place. The metal stairs picture could have been taken at a complete opposite angle. This is all making more sense to me now. Concentrate. I'm going to be looking at other picture to try to put everything into place, or perspective.

Is it Boris Tochlin or Boris Tochilin? There is someone called Boris Tochilin who is 87 years old and lives in "Washington." Don't know whether it means Washington DC or the state of Washington.

an album of screen shots showing the summary trust/deeds for three properties, square 2833 lots 26, 27, and 817, and the parties involved in the transaction:
note the third image, exhibit 'a'. this demonstrates that the 'pegasus' lot is made up of slices from the lots 97-100, and is 50 ft by 66.67 ft, or 3334 sq feet. the gis map confirms this to be the case.
exhibit 'a' notes that the two lots are taxed as one, lot 817.
i put this together to clarify why there were three deeds - we aren't looking for three properties, it's all in this one. at some point, 26 and 27 were standalone properties.

Google felt the need to brush out the "lookout area"...but it looks like a whole new room/section was added to the house in that time frame and that looks like the "square form" rectangle area space;

I believe Justin Barrows aka Jabbarroos may have been a part of the construction team on this project.

I don't remember who owned the construction next to CPP/Buck's, but wonder if they're linked?
[–] YingYangMom ago
Little Red Fox. They're friends. So is Politics and Prose. The whole darn block is tight as can be. All the way to Besta Pizza. So the street goes like this: CPP, Little Red Fox, Buck's, Politics and Prose, Besta Pizza.

This is in another area of the building perhaps. Check the door, could be the door to the back of the people in this picture here: https://sli.mg/8m3Qo4, meaning the pictures are taken at complet opposite angles. Still need to check other pictures to find out if possible.

Yuke! You were right! I'm sorry I doubted you. I just need a bigger picture to see it. Great work!

I wonder why the paper sun (Pegasus) building has that big steel beam going through the middle? It looks like an old building from the brickwork. Why would it need that steel beam support?
[–] 0xFFF 0 points 1 point 1 point (+1|-0) ago
likely because they removed supporting walls.
