Gyro. It's the perfect meat alloy.

Ribeye on a cast iron skillet. Chicken stir-fry. Pulled bbq pork/shredded buffalo chicken sammiches.
All my own recipes or variations of standards.
Jerky...jerky is my all time, hands down favorite though. Beef, chicken, turkey...it's all good.
Certain sausages, we have a local Polish deli that's been around for generations. Amazing stuff, boil the polish with some beer and grill.
Ham, bacon are all great too. Bacon wrapped filet mignon.
Great thanks, now I'm hungry.

Horse use to be my favorite but I haven't had any in years.Finding it in Ontario is impossible.Lamb, goat is always good if I can afford it.

In Quebec you can get horse meat pretty easily. They sell it in some super markets. Don't they have slaughterhouses that sell freshly killed meat in Ontario? We call them "abattoir" in Quebec. We also have some specialized shops that sell game meat, like Venison and Elk.

Bear. Bear stew is the best. It's like a roast but with more roast flavor and more fat content to make it fall apart in the stew. It is a little weird eating an herbavor though.

Really? I've always been curious about tasting bear. I imagine bear cubs are tastier than the adults. Maybe one day I'll either meet a hunter or become a hunter and be able to taste it.
