Fox News asks, "Food stamp fraud is at all time high: Time to end the program?" - NeoGAF
'Around 44 million people received benefits from the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), also called food stamps, in 2016. '
'The FLDS leaders believe food stamps, like every other asset and possession, belong to the church and community as a whole. '
'This runs directly against regulations governing the SNAP program. '
'And 1 cent on the dollar of fraud is actually pretty good for a system this big. '
'Eleven leaders of the Fundamentalist Church Of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (FLDS), a Mormon polygamist sect, including the fugitive Lyle Steed Jeffs, were charged with conspiracy to defraud the food stamps program this year. '

Food stamps should look as shameful as possible to promote need-based use only. Follow me on this one: Print them in monopoly-money colors and instead of pinning them to dollar amounts, use a new currency called "Pathetic Bucks". "Real money? Oh no, I'm paying for this steak in Pathetic Bucks." "I'm buying my children their lunch in Pathetic Bucks". If a clever nigger tries a little workaround by calling them P-bucks, make sure the cashier at all private businesses are federally mandated to correct them, "You mean pathetic bucks, Mr Brown? You're paying for these in Pathetic Bucks right? I don't know what P-Bucks are." sigh "Yes, ma'am, pathetic bucks." Make America Great Again

No need to stigmatize the kids, but do it at the grocery stores.
