Since there is agreement, the post should be removed from the Pizzagate thread because it is irrelevant to the investigation and the baseless accusation is harmful to the Amber Alert system.
You have never actually spoken with anyone who worked for a Child Protective Services department of any county or state in this country, have you? I know this because you are using broad generalities to paint an entire industry of thoughtful, caring, far-overworked human beings as being corrupt while intimating that these children would have been better off being abused at home. How do you propose that is helpful to the Pizzagate investigation?
Amber Alert is used by law enforcement agencies only when there is reason to believe a child is endangered. Yes, families can be the source of the danger.
The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children is not a Federal agency. Neither is the Amber Alert system. Nor are Child Protective Services departments. The FBI only gets involved in the kidnapping of children, and they are a useful resource.
You got a problem with "the Feds", that's your business. Please don't let it cloud your judgment or cause you to unfairly cast aspersions on programs that are doing exactly what you claim to be doing in this Pizzagate thread; making children safer.
