First I would clear the snow.

Then I would put in an in ground pool. With a glass dome to make it usable year round

If you are not looking to sell your house soon , then try not thinking about what would increase the value and instead thinking about what would make your house more enjoyable to live in. My last 2 projects were finishing a part of the basement that is now my wife's craft room and I just finished a mudroom remodel. While both of these projects did increase the value our home it was not motivation for doing them. Of course we plan on being in our house for at lease 20 more years so making the house more enjoyable and livable is more important for us.

My house is in great shape, everything is modern. I would MAYBE remove the jacuzzi tub that never gets used in the master and make the stand up shower super big. But then I'd have to get an electric water heater put in.... I'm tired already.

overhead switches in my car. I don't know what I would use them for, but I just want overhead switches, like in an airplane.

For OP:

Landscape or add nice storage and work bench in the garage. Another idea is putting in pot lights.

Update lighting fixtures .... Setup a clean wall mount TV / entertainment area. All wires in wall and recessed boxes for components.

Add hi-tech bling like a neat, automated lights or a video camera door bell thingy.

Switch all toilet seats to Japanese style ones!

My house needs an observation turret, with an outlandishly ornate spiral staircase.
