Can you imagine permanently destroying your body beyond recovery because of putting things in your mouth? That's what these animals have done. How do they feel with every fork full and every bite? I would shoot myself in the face if I ever looked like that. And I'm referring to the after photo.

That body will never recover from that.

He can definitely get down to a normal size, but unfortunately you are right.... He will need to be nipped and tucked quite a bit once he is finished losing the fat due to sagging skin. I know because my half-sister has been obese since the 5th grade and now at the age of 28 she is trying so hard to lose the weight... But only after she nearly died trying to bring my nephew into this world. The doctors told her that she couldn't have anymore kids without risking her life and the childs... I can't believe it took nearly dying and being told she couldn't have anymore kids to get her to take her weight seriously! It's disgusting and pathetic.

I do feel contempt for people like that, but their effort is creditable. If half of the ham beasts had the dedication of this one, there would be a lot less of them. So, I don't hate on people who try to improve themselves. That is unless they lack effort, or discipline.

Agreed, when I saw the amount I assumed he'd had a gastric band - because it's unusual to find this kind of weight loss from someone sooo big now. On a side note, why is it always only AFTER a big loss that they admit to the amount & kind of shit they've been scoffing? - "He recalls that dinner at one point would normally have been composed of eight chicken quesadillas and an entire pack of cheesy-flavored rice, but one night he willingly opted for seven quesadillas and only half the pack of cheesy rice" WTF??!! So basically a meal the size of which would feed 7 people!

They're not even aware of how much they eat. They're zombie garbage disposals.

Hahaha and they're giving people this guy's workout routine to follow. "Now you too can have a sweater of loose skin hanging off your torso!"

Losing weight is good, but not being such a fat fuck in the first place is even cooler.

I used to be four times the size of a person, now I'm just twice that size!
