I think what you're getting at is that masculinity doesn't have a concrete definition, and I think these days you might be right. Thanks to the efforts of feminists and SJWs what it means to be a man is totally up in the air. As for me, I think of myself as a pretty traditional guy.

Is there any feelings, experiences(outside of sex), or emotions that you as a man experience any less different or any less frequent then what a women can?

Yes but that obliviously has nothing to do with whats between your legs. In fact a women in your position would probably be dismayed in being forced to wear war paint instead of her choice makeup.
