Yep. I actually believe that feminism should be promoting womens health. We should be strong, concerned with health issues like osteoperosis and other issues, and be proud enough in ourselves to stand up for ourselves. Strong confidence comes with a strong body.
These lounge larders are just whinging that their special brand of lazy isn't accepted because they want to be in on a special club that honestly, until recently, tried to make womens health a major issue. And they threw it away.

Additionally, a fit body represents achievement gained through hard work. that's something worthy of being lauded. And isn't feminism most basically supposed to be about promoting the achievement of women in all things? (Like, same idea as having a woman president, but obviously on a much lower level)
Being thin isn't even something that requires effort, just eating less. Why should we celebrate people who aren't even capable of this level of self-control?

Ironically, women who lift weights and have strong muscle definition are called manly and not feminine. That's not an ideal body for women. The "hipppcrasy" of it all is mind fucking.

I do think we should celebrate all genders in their acheivements, but you're right, that is part of the human body experience. Women should have just as much chance as men to shape and sculpt their bodies to fitness and health, going to gyms and not being judged for being "muscly" or "thin". We should celebrate their choices to become better in a society of laziness and greed.
This is why I am happy the fashion houses have moved onto fit women instead of anorexic ones. It really was a massive problem with them using genuinely anorexic models, but now they're using models that literally tweet their exercise and food routines, that often include various indulgences and other amazing stuff. Sure, its still 'posh' and most people are working class, but at least they're not thinking they have to stave themselves. They're seeing role models exercising and eating right. I think THAT is a good step French feminism has taken. Other steps... not so much.
