Make stickers and put them anywhere that people are going to have a minute to kill, and are far more likely to indulge their curiosity. A few ideas: Below the drive-thru window. ATMs, bathrooms, gas pumps, bus/train/subway stops. If you wanna get real sneaky, put them on top of QR codes that are already there, like the one's in most McDonald's restaurants.
Let me know if you guys can come up with anything I didn't think of.

Great idea, although some of the information needs to be corrected.

It's believed now that the Andrew Kline mentioned is not part of the human trafficking unit at the DoJ.

Is there an optimal size that these should be printed as for scanning purposes?

Could make up some sheets that say something like "What Is Pizzagate" scan to find out more. Print out and dump them everywhere. Could also make people think they will win something with some title like "Free Coupons" or "Bonus Points" or other clickbait titles whatever just to get them interested enough to scan it.

Fuckn Ay! A great idea. Print them out and drop them everywhere. People will scan them just to see what they are. This is awesome! Its also something i can print out and leave sitting around at work without being accused of spreading propaganda. Post them up wherever people are lingering around.
