if 70-80% of the population was female, violent crimes would virtually disappear. ever hear of the 80-20 rule as it applies to women seeking men? well if men were 20% of the population than all men would be happy in relationships with women (it would create a demand for women to conform to the desires of men). the vast majority of violent crimes and war are done by men. not just men, but either single men, or men in shitty relationships, or men following the orders of these types of men.

after a couple generations it would change for the better. human's natural state is polygyny (polygamy with multiple wives). your assumption relies on the idea that nothing else would change, but that is FAR from the truth. a huge amount of things would change. not the least of which men would produce less (individually, not just because of the lower population). women's behavior would change a lot.
