Obviously I have sympathy for them. Just thinking about things that people involved in pizzagate have probably done has seriously negatively affected me the past couple weeks. However, take the time to actually look through that sub, instead of taking your frustration out on it in a way that may be making things worse. I'm looking through it a bit now, and there are actually a lot of people on there who were abused themselves, and are trying to offer their perspective, or understand the perspective of their abusers. From what I can tell, this is not some kind of sub that's dedicated to abusers or potential abusers bemoaning how people need to take pity on them - it seems to be mainly people who are trying to better themselves by talking about their problems. I understand the frustration and anger, but I think it's best to focus it elsewhere.

How do you know it isn't a place full of coded lingo to swap ideas about how to lure children?

Why isn't the sub labeled 'peopletryingtorecoverfrompedophilia' or 'peoplewhoneedhelp'. Why is it labeled 'pedofriends'??

It is absolute unicorn-farting garbage if you think that subreddit is above board.

Then do some research on it and find out. I'm not saying it doesn't have problems - I don't know it well enough to say, but I'm sure it does; what subreddit doesn't? And I would think that at least some of the people there DO have harmful ideas, but the good thing is that at least they're stating those ideas for everyone to see, and hopefully getting critiqued. However I definitely haven't gotten the impression that it's full of anything especially covert. If you're looking for that, I think you're looking in the wrong place - there are horrible websites out there that are using coded language, and not just swapping ideas, but swapping actual children. Again though, just do some research on that sub if you feel like that's worth it. In any case, I don't think brigading it is going to do much of anything, other than get you banned. Like I said, I can understand the repulsion to it and the urge to want to take it down, but I think it's a waste of time to do so, and, like it or not, may cause a lot more harm than good.
