Getting rid of Pao will not change anything. She is just a figurehead.
Think about it, why would they choose an outspoken SJW/feminist to run their company? That is their identity and she is perfect to represent that.
Even if they decide Pao is too hated to continue, they aren't going to change their identity. They might hire a less outspoken SJW, but they will continue to push their narrative.
Plus most of the users that make up reddit are complete idiots, only there to look at cat pictures.
Staying. Reddit has shown that they are willing to silence free speech "behaviors" that they don't approve of. Even if they "undo" it, fire Pao, and wave the flag of "look-what-we-did-and-won't-you-come-back?" they are done. A reputation takes time, but yet one mistake will blow it. So, if you'll look left ladies and germs, you'll see the remains of Reddit, once a bastion of all free speech behaviors...

I am sticking with Voat. Reddit has proven they don't care about the user base. They only care about money.
So far I am using Reddit still for niche things like /r/campingandhiking but for general news voat.co all the way!

The problems with reddit have been steadily growing over several years, and Pao is merely the latest symptom. Reddit has always selectively enforced rules and their subreddits always susceptible to mod tyrrany. Certain kinds of discussion will always be discouraged. If not voat i'll look elsewhere.
