That's insane if your IP got banned while lurking..... People have already said you can't say Tavistock and something else on that forum.

posted the wrong ban comment (cuz sadly this investigation has gotten me blocked and banned from more than one site) and then uploaded the screenshot with my IP address...hahaha, 3 edits later and I think I've gotten it right. I'm so tired right now I'm seeing cross eyed.

GLP randomly bans people in an effort to get said person/people to sign up for a paid membership. It stops after they've tried it maybe 15 times without success.

I found 2 interesting posts after searching hankerchief: http://www.dcurbanmom.com/jforum/posts/list/265090.page#2837430

and this comment:

"Comstock and Ken Starr where old friends, wasting millions on political driven agendas.

Partisan Investigation Cost Taxpayers $7.4 Million. As of October 1998, according to a General Accounting Office report, the investigation cost taxpayers $7.4 million and cost federal agencies $9 million to respond to inquiries. “The Republican leadership has set a new standard for partisan, open-ended Congressional investigations,” Representative Waxman said. [Roll Call, 10/08/98]

Kenneth W. Starr, the former independent counsel who delivered a report that served as the basis for President Bill Clinton’s impeachment in 1998, was removed as president of Baylor University on Thursday after an investigation found the university mishandled accusations of sexual assault against football players.

Time for Ken's good friend Comstock to go away also."

here's another blog reference Jeff, accusing him of censoring people on his forum: http://www.fairfaxunderground.com/forum/read/2/1316176.html, one person wrote: "today, August 1st, Jeff Steele "jammed" me so I can't post on DCUM.

this was after I posted a thread on the political section on "black on white" violence.

there were 300 comments - most agreeing with me that this issue is not discussed in national media.

It was a civil discussion. however, Jeff did not agree with my point of view and instead of continuing our civil discussion, he blocked me from the site.

he is a jerk. If you don't agree with his liberal world view, he will call you a racist and ban you."
