You shouldn't lose too much in just 10 days and you could use the time leading up to the camp to do a program that requires recovery time afterwards, if you are deadset on workout out anyways you could look into the bodyweightroutines here or ask in /v/bodyweightfitness, however if it is anything like I imagine it mightl be (YMCA/Boy Scout Camp) then don't work out and just enjoy the time you won't waste away in 10 days.
