The 1st, because it's so often misused by random dumbasses. The point of it is the very first part that says 'Congress shall make no law' or whatever. So in an argument when I tell someone to shut the fuck up because they're retarded, I get the lovely comeback - "Hey man, that infringes my freedom of speech".
Ummm, no. I have every right to tell you stop talking because you're retarded as I am not congress. You can't take me to court for that (someone tried once)

The bill of rights are human, inalienable rights bestowed upon man by the creator. 1-10 are simple clauses recognizing in a legal sense these human rights are the foundation of founding.
I know i have interwoven the Preamble to The Decleration of Independce and the purpose of the bill of rights.
