The Tenth because it says if the right isn't specifically assigned to the Federal gov then it belongs to the States or the People. Sadly, the States got cucked over the years but they are starting to uncuck themselves, evidenced in marijuana legalization especially.

The 10th. it endows all authority not explicitly given to the federal government to the states, the local governments, the people. The bill of rights are human, inalienable rights bestowed upon man by the creator. 1-10 are simple clauses recognizing in a legal sense these human rights are the foundation of founding.
I know i have interwoven the Preamble to The Decleration of Independce and the purpose of the bill of rights.

The 1st, because it's so often misused by random dumbasses. The point of it is the very first part that says 'Congress shall make no law' or whatever. So in an argument when I tell someone to shut the fuck up because they're retarded, I get the lovely comeback - "Hey man, that infringes my freedom of speech".
Ummm, no. I have every right to tell you stop talking because you're retarded as I am not congress. You can't take me to court for that (someone tried once)
