The 10th, which (if interpreted correctly) indicates that 95% of what the federal government is doing is beyond the scope of their powers and should be relegated to the states.

It more than the rest really drives home the point of the constitution. The Bill of Rights points out specific things that cannot be infringed. The 10th points out that there are a lot of other rights that aren't specifically listed but are protected right as well.

It's the least specific, but should carry the most weight IMO. Sadly, I don't think today's society recognizes it very well.

The first and second are what make America unique among nations, but the bill of rights as a whole is greater than the some of the parts so I don't see a way to pick out any one amendment that is more or less important than any of the others.

The third amendment.

This one time, a US soldier showed up at my house and asked if he could bivouac in my backyard. I just looked at him and laughed.

The Tenth because it says if the right isn't specifically assigned to the Federal gov then it belongs to the States or the People. Sadly, the States got cucked over the years but they are starting to uncuck themselves, evidenced in marijuana legalization especially.
