The 1st, because it's so often misused by random dumbasses. The point of it is the very first part that says 'Congress shall make no law' or whatever. So in an argument when I tell someone to shut the fuck up because they're retarded, I get the lovely comeback - "Hey man, that infringes my freedom of speech".
Ummm, no. I have every right to tell you stop talking because you're retarded as I am not congress. You can't take me to court for that (someone tried once)

The Tenth because it says if the right isn't specifically assigned to the Federal gov then it belongs to the States or the People. Sadly, the States got cucked over the years but they are starting to uncuck themselves, evidenced in marijuana legalization especially.
