I wish I were the prosecutor on these cases. I'd ask for leave run some forensic accounting on each of them to find who paid them all. Assuming it is the same (soros-backed) entity, I'd then combine their cases and show collusion. That would open the door to go after the paying entity for RICO and the like. Guess I better get to law school!

Now assuming that these are paid professional protesters, does whoever is financing the protest pay for these people bond and other legal fees or are the stuck having to pay out of their pocket?

I think technically there is a PAC (or whatever equivalent this takes) that specifically advocates for these gainfully-employed protesters. Different from the one that hired them, but the money has the same roots.
