I'll do anything to lose weight, as long as is easy to do, don't ask me to do anything difficult, and don't challenge my weak will power, Because fatlogic >.<

The funny thing is that many people could lose a lot of weight just by cutting all sweetened beverages out of their everyday diet. This includes artificial sweeteners and other sugar substitutes, as these still trigger an insulin response and can cause lethargy, immense cravings and weight gain because starvation mode is legitimately a thing. Try drinking water, unsweetened tea (I recommend using loose leaf green and white tea), herbal infusions, fruit infusions (do not drink fruit juice often. If you are feeling lightheaded, drink a Gatorade or something, just don't bother with juice as it is pretty much just sugar water with none of the potassium salts), etc. I can pretty much guarantee that if they change nothing else, they will still lose about ten to twenty pounds. If they take to actual portion control and avoid the obviously empty calories (rice, potatoes, corn, grains of most forms), they can do even better.
