Three reasons off the top of my head that makes me think the founding fathers are religious. And this is from someone who's never even been to America.
Not sure if the founding fathers wrote the deceleration of independence, but it states "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator"
There is "in god we trust" on all of your money.
A large portion of America's white populace moved there due to religious prosecution. They were protestant fleeing from the Catholics. And protestant = religious. The people who moved there due to financial reasons, were still religious (keep in mind what time this is).
EDIT: I did notice that it says "their" creator and not "our" creator, which is either done to welcmoe all religions or could be because they weren't religious themselves. Either way, my previous point was that the populace that built the country were religious. And that's what I meant by my first comment. I really don't care much about the founding fathers on this point.

Well they weren't religious, just do some research.
In god we trust was added in the 50's by religious fanatics trying to take over the country and rewrite history, look it up.
They were fleeing religious persecution in their countries, not trying to establish a theocracy.
