Sometimes I go to Jimmy John's. According to their website menu widget, taking mayo off your sandwich saves about 150 calories.

Subway is gross. They promote obesity and pedophilia.

Nothing wrong with extra cheese and mayo. A lot wrong with siting on your ass all day after eating it.

That's the foot-long sub line; the guy in front just has six inches.

I used to work at Subway. I can confirm that they go through mayo twice as fast as any other sauce. And it's always the eatbeasts who will order something like meatball with classic chicken added and double bacon, double cheese, no salad, and several dressings. The horror.

Subway has no flavor to me. There is no point in getting cheese because you can't taste that tiny little slice that gets overpowered by crappy lettuce and the 3 olives you get. If I MUSH eat it I get salt and pepper and just vinegar (who needs oil) as a sauce and the grilled chicken because sliced chicken is slimy. I do get the chips and I put them in the sandwich to give it some texture.

My go to is grilled chicken, double meat, spinach, hot peppers, pickles, hot sauce, and mustard. It's a decent calorie to protein ratio.

Mustard for the win. I am a ketchup hater. However I rather just make my own sandwiches.
