When I went into this, I thought it was going to be about how disappointing so4 was. Compared to so3, so4 pulled the annoying power-emo trop that I dispise in anime. Didn't know the producer had left. I'm really happy he picked it up though, pretty excited for so5. We really have a huge vacuum of jrpgs when it comes to scifi and space. Nothing quite hits thay spot like starocean for me. I'm extremely happy they are returning to pre-so4 roots in design and story telling.

And SO5 actually looks pretty good. It's got a nice big party, which I'm happy about.

Yeah, I'm pretty excited about the party too. Building a party is one of my favorite parts of rpgs
