An education establishment could easily be SJW. Hacking websites without a warrant could get then arrested.

Is that true? In that case why aren't we alerting authorities?

Reporting the hack on a collection of evidence about criminal activity is the responsibility of the owner of archive.is.
They are busy restoring the site so you can help them by reporting it to the police.

WARNING HONEYPOT LINK
So i was trying to view a thread yesterday that was supposed to be an archive of a chan thread. Im pretty sure it was related to Hilldog.
Here is the link WARNING HONEYPOT LINK archive.fo/VPIlt WARNING. EDIT: im not 100 percent positive this is the link, but about 90 percent sure. If someone knows how to visit safely, please let me know if it's the wrong one. I do remember it was archive.fo and not archive.is which seemed a bit funny at the time.
so i have a couple questions. I know this link was posted on voat within the last few days.
a) does anyone know what it was supposed to lead to? like what was the chan thread about specifically?
b) now that they have my IP, wat do?

I noticed this yesterday when opening an archive link, request policy blocked the whole page. Didn't think much of it and backed out. Less concening but link here calls some beacon script from mail.ru !!DO NOT CLICK IF YOU HAVE JAVASCRIPT!! hxxps://archive_is/72f3y

Actually all the pages seem to call the script, maybe im just being dumb. Makes you wonder because a shitty beacon is pretty weak by it's self, it is the action taken on the data that is interesting. Like booting people who view certain pages. Or the whole ctr-foxacid thing which I don't quite believe.

This shit has been going on for over a year now. Same exact thing - people mentioning how henley-putnam.edu is the fed, etc etc.
If it was recently compromised, it was always compromised.
