I Am Legend
Deeply meaningful novella ending
I'd change the ending back to the original novella ending in which the protagonist realizes that he is the true monster for kidnapping and experimenting on primitive but intelligent beings that love and care for one another.
In the theatrical ending the monsters remain monsters, and the protagonist ends up being Jesus.
The novella ending was filmed but rejected by test audiences. It's worth watching for how powerful it is.

The Last Airbender. Cut out M. Night Shyamalan.

Move The Hobbit into a 2 movie format, and change the orcs/goblins back to mostly practical effects. Also remove most of the excessive/added plotlines.

Haha it was infuriating but I believe it was to show that even Shultz has downfalls. They go the whole movie making him look absolutely perfect and professional and I think it was important to show why he was so perfect, because when he loses he is a baaad loser.

I'd just use the alternate ending to Dodgeball where Average Joe's loses. I thought it was hilarious.

More monster action in the latest Godzilla movie. I felt like I was watching something else most the time. When the monsters were FINALLY are about to fight for the first time... it cuts away! That's not fair! I don't want to see the guy from Kickass more than Godzilla in a Godzilla movie.

The fat man in "28 Days Later," giving a 5 hour explanation as to why he ditched his riot gear. The crow still inadvertently leads to him dying. however.
