Jesus straight up turned water into wine to keep a group of people at a celebration happy. He is also, according to the bible, without sin. Ergo, drinking may be discouraged, but it is not strictly prohibited. It's Halal.

We kind of alternate bible studies and random get togethers at random. We don't go to a very serious church. And yes to the last part.
