Yeah, you REALLY need single muscle isolation exercises. Super duper work you deserve a handful of tootsie rolls.
Also I just spent like 4 minutes trying to figure out if that's a planet fitness in Philly that I've been to. Search was inconclusive though

I think it's doing curls, but I don't know why it's using kettlebells. On top of that, it's wearing a coat, which is really weird in a gym unless the air conditioner is too cold. But how can it be too cold for a fat?
Also, why isn't its feet straight? Why isn't its hair up? Why did it bring a book? What the fuck is it doing?

Yup, she does this for 12 seconds, goes back to sit on a bench and fiddle on her phone for a half an hour, goes home and tells everyone how long she was at the gym for.
