As long as it's only when a fat is lurking nearby and you're looking to shame it, I can agree with this. (Had some white trash douche-canoe throw down his fucking 30 pound dumbbell on my foot while I was incline pressing 110's last week. I'm still bitter about it.)

I've never been to a gym. I have my little home gym, with a stationary bike, dumbbells, some workout DVDs, and no fatties to assault my senses.

But, I am thinking of joining a gym nearby, just for variety, to try new things, etc. But, to be honest, half of the reason I'm considering it is just out of spite, and a wish to trigger some fats.

Same!! I've never been to a gym because I have no idea how to be there, but I love my little stash of dumbbells, plates and a yoga mat. #NoExcuses But recently after moving to a big city... yeah, let's just say I'm getting more curious about the gym experience.

Going into cold and flu season...I think that it would be pretty easy to catch a virus at a gym. Just something to keep in mind, says me, the fat phobic germophobe.

I like to get on a treadmill right next to them, no matter how empty the gym is. I then start running...they usually start running too because HAES. Then after about 30 seconds they go back to walking and glare at me every now and then while I continue to run. Every once in awhile they try to ramp the speed back up to run, but again, they go back to walking fairly quickly.

This is total badassery. Do you ever do hit intervals or sprint work? That will REALLY shame them!

Also their year long membership and monthly visit helps keep gym well paid with minimum use.

I shitlord all the time in yoga class at the sight of fatties. I hate the reputation that yoga sometimes has among non-practitioners of being for fat/lazy people. Its all about how you push yourself. In the classes I attend if you leave the room you may get called out. I've seen teachers stand next to fats (that were clearly not trying very hard) and not leave their side during a difficult sequence. The teacher would make us repeat the series or hold a tough pose for a long time. One time after the fat collapsed and was sucking air on the floor the teacher then looked at me and with evil grin said "Powerful long breaths..." so that everyone in class could hear. I'm sure this was meant for the fat. Of course it motivated me to really up my game and shitlord the fat the rest of class. It is so easy to shitlord in hot yoga because there are mirrors everywhere and clothing is minimal!
