Ask an average European to list each US state, and you'd get the same or worse results. America-bashing will become passe'.

"When all else fails, draw pretty pictures." wasn't doing that badly.

No love for the four corners, not even from whoever drew the map.

They at least all know where California is. Fuck you guys. Yes we have Gov Moonbeam, liberals and too many goddamn people but everyone know where it is. We have that!

I'm probably not an average European, but I decided to try it out anyway and I eventually got them all: https://i.sli.mg/139u6x.png

I did, however, mix up nevada/utah and michigan/wisconsin. I also took around a minute to remember the name of north/south carolina. The timer was counting down from ten minutes.

Tbf, I'm a native and Michigan and Wisconsin give me pause sometimes. I have no clue usually.

And as third activity, both Murricans and Europoors fill out the stamp-sized countries of Central America and the Caribbean so all have something to laugh about the wacky misplacements!

How many people have even heard of St. Kitts, even less so know where to place it on the map, anyway?

That's the kind of things that make me suspect these are fake. Even if you don't know something, some logical thinking should help. If you've found the Czech Republic, wouldn't you assume that Slovakia is one of the neighbouring countries?

It looks like they cherry picked Americans who have never taken a geography class. lol Those are pretty bad/funny answers.

Another Mongolia made me laugh more then it should. I know I would not get some of these but I would just leave them blank or do the smiley faces.

Apparently I'm really not your average American, because I noticed something: that map of Europe is at least 10 years old. It doesn't reflect the split between Serbia and Montenegro in 2006, or Kosovo's (declared) independence from Serbia in 2008.

So either this is really old content, or the person who administered this experiment is also at least somewhat unfamiliar with modern European geopolitical boundaries.

Some of the guesses are pretty funny though.

I was really annoyed when I found out that Russia never returned Koingsberg to Poland. Fuck Russia and their border gore.

I don't know how it's written but it's pronounced exactly like the noise of a nipple cutting glass.

No fair - those little countries change all the time!

Seriously tho - I'm curious to see if average Brits could do this for South America.
