That shit is brilliant. Of course, their intense hunger would cause them to pull themselves along using only their necrotic hands, but they'd CERTAINLY be a lot more manageable... UPVOTE!

An entire zombie outbreak of crawlers.

This is somehow more terrifying than a regular zombie outbreak.

Repost from Reddit, and Twitter even before that. Do you sit in your shower stealing jokes from the Internet?

Isn't that what showers are for?

Indeed. Ziploc bags were invented so I could browse on my phone in the shower.

And what's weird is he keeps doing it, posting a dozen of them to showerthoughts

As I don't visit reddit anymore, ever, I'm thankful that someone is bringing over things that are silly, cute, or interesting.

Reposted links are very different from reposted text. Self posts imply originality, that OP is sharing a clever thought they had. It's not just a link to a video, it's like copying a diary. Plus, this was from over a year ago. OP went scanning through top posts to find it. They didn't even change the wording. I don't feel thankful for them bringing content from Reddit, I just feel deceived.

I think there are other circumstances that would prevent a zombie outbreak that would come into play first, like biology and chemistry being real things.

Certainly could slow things down, but shoelaces are just fabric, subject to wear and rot. Some idiot braineater bicycling it's legs in an attempt to walk while dragging through the muck and junk would do a number on the laces.

Also assumes that an outbreak starts in classic Romero Dawn of the Dead style, where it opens with cadavers clawing out of the grave. Most modern interpretations are some random victim getting exposed to a pathogen, turning, and devouring/infecting the neighbors. In that scenario there's not much opportunity to commit hilarious pranks on the undead.

This is if you mean classic, Return of the Living Dead brain eating zombies, not the modern Day of the Dead/Walking Dead zombies.

You'd be surprised to learn how many are buried without feet. If you're one of those people who buys coffins ahead of time, then make sure you fit. Just sayin'.
