So they're breaking their own rule that all submissions must be only peer reviewed science journal entries. I wonder how much of the 'discussion' will be people talking about their own subjective experiences and emotions... ya know, science! That sub really died when they started treating low impact psychology and sociology studies as equal to studies coming from the natural sciences. So many times someone has posted some correlation-only word association game played by 100 psychology college students, and it would be received as a definitive theory on human behavior.

Holy shit. Cynicism is now a deletable/ban worthy offense now on that detestable site. And on r/science, no less. Unbelievable.

What a worthless discussion. Science is about facts, truth and merit. If it is a racist system by definition it would have been falling behind a non-racist one. This is absolutely a topic worth rejecting, particularly in the US where people can sue because of discrimination.
If they wanted to talk about real problems in science, they could talk about the fact they only publish confirming results and not results like "We confirmed this isn't true". Or the grant and peer-review issues. But no they want to go BLM and loot the meritocracy.
