Actually you pretty much can. You decide if you're gonna donate or not and if you're matched with a ham then well that's just a sad day for them.

Wow. Apparently anything under a BMI of 40 is fine for bone marrow donation.. wtf? What is their excuse for ballooning up to such a weight?
Also, I wouldn't want bone marrow that was made inside one of those things.
