Ramble on about the social interaction of a group of like friends. Possibly, if you have a group of friends with similar interests and such yourself, work that into the essay. You got it ... it's a show about nothing ... nothing being the general interactions of a slightly diverse, but occasionally interesting relationships between associates. It turns the average, boring day into something to tell a story about ... and we all can do the same, exaggerate the mundane and make it interesting to a wider audience, given a bit of imagination.

Write about how each character represents something terrible about the modern world, whether it's apathy or gluttony etc.

And how, despite this, you love each of them more than all of your real life friends.

It's a show that prides itself for being about nothing so just turn blank pages.

Turn in four blank pages, and print a bee on the last one.

Life is meaningless, nothing matters. I feel like that is the theme.

Title needs to be "What's the deal with Seinfeld".

I have nothing else to add.

You can write about how the show is really about the people you choose to surround yourself with and how that shapes your understanding of the real world. They were all so disconnected from reality and it amplified the longer they hung out. It's a great analogy for putting yourself into an echo chamber and refusing to learn and grow. They had interactions with people and they always twisted it that what they did was correct and everyone else was wrong.
