Look to the finale. The whole series is essentially an exploration of a small group of people swerving with reckless abandon down the highway of life and leaving wrecks behind then.

Now that line needs to be stretched over 5 pages.

Seinfeld is about the breakdown of morality in the modern world.

Comp stands for Composition. Sounds like English composition 2 class.

The show is about nothing so turning in an essentially blank composition could either get you an A for understanding the premise of the show or an F for not giving your own interpretation. They do talk about the show being about nothing especially in the episodes where they pitch their own show to the networks but you could also talk about what it means to you. A show about friends or relationships or observations about the mundane really any number of topics. Have fun.

Maybe you shouldn't try to examine the show as a whole, but select some episodes and pick those apart.

The meaning of Seinfeld is that it had no meaning, it filled up it's entire tv run by having each episode being about everyday things that everyday people experience and it was written in a way that it didn't follow any set path like so many manufactured sitcoms do. There is usually a goal that is obvious with episodes, this show made mundane instances the topic.
