One thing I find absolutely amazing is that every single planet that becomes a normal size always looks more intelligent once they've dropped the weight. Does anyone else notice that?

His IQ can't be that high because he let himself get fat in the first place but he definitely looks more intelligent.

That looked like an obese child. It may be that his fat parent's IQ wasn't that high, but that he was smart enough to fix the problem.

It's because the fat constricts the airways and they have to be mouth breathers when they're fat. That makes them look idiotic.

That's why all the fats have sleep apnea.

It's the toddler thing. They're stupid by adult standards, so when an adult gets so fat that the face regresses into a toddler like state, they just naturally look stupid.

Well according to some studies, fat people do have a lower IQ than normal weight people.

I almost did. Stopped myself when I was around 160 (which is still normal bmi for my height, but too much for me) and was already feeling the effects like thighs rubbing together, upper back pain.

Good on you for realizing what you were doing and deciding not to be a little bitch the rest of your life! :D

Great job... because once you go fat, you never comeback.

At 56 kg (163cm) i felt my thighs rubbing after a swim and wearing a wet bikini. I was so alarmed to not let this get worse and am down to 52 kg now, happy bmi 19.9. No rubbing thighs, no jello arms. I feel better than ever in my body, all my clothes just look good on me. Being chubb is not worth anything. Being anything more than that is really mental.

BMI is just too vague. I was a chubby fat bastard when I was 17, I think at my heaviest I was 11stone 7lbs at 5' 10. Problem is that I didn't do any sports or exercise, so all that weight was just fat, no muscle. Checked it online and that was a BMI of 23!!

Bodyfat measurement needs to become a regular thing. Gyms should all have accurate measurers, they should have them in schools, doctors should regularly check it since it only takes a few seconds. I had no idea back then.

How old is he? 12 in the first picture? 14-15 in the last one?

I make an exception for children: I hate this kid's parents. They shouldn't have allowed him to get to that weight to begin with.

I thought of that too. He looks high school age as a fat kid and like he's in a college dorm by the time it's lost (judging by the walls and door). The parents at least started this massive problem.

He currently is 21, so he was 18 in the first picture and 19-20 in the second.

That means he took the reins of his life and health the exact moment he was removed away from his parents. A bit late, but I don't know his family circumstances and he clearly has developed self-discipline, so I'll still blame the parents on this one.

If a fat child starts the way to health the exact moment he or she is removed from their parent's presence, it's clearly the parents' fault.

Absolutely disgusting.

I couldn't help but think of obese children after seeing this. Those fatass abusive parents should be exiled and sterilized for their poor choices for forcing that onto their children. And shame on the blubber blobs who just blindly accept it and grow up to spew out bullshit about HAES and EYBS. Doesn't even touch on those who start out at a normal weight and balloon up.. ugh.

I'm even more disgusted just thinking about the state of the world.

His face got younger, but that belly aged 400 years.

Yeah he looks like a 15 year old school shooter in that last one. Fucking gross. One of my biggest fears is getting catfished by a former-fat-saggy-skin.

This is why I get extra pissed when I see obese kids. Extra tissue for life just because of the habits forced upon them.

Is the extra skin actually permanent? I looked a bit and saw little actual research.

I suspect that protein deficiency during weight loss might slow down skin reconstruction. If the body does not have the building blocks for new skin protein, it could very well refrain from ripping out the old, lax protein molecules.

Skin is elastic, so the stretch will eventually tighten up, but skin under continuous pressure WILL grow new cells and expand. The expansion is permanent, the cells never go away, they will just be replaced when they die.

Evolution did not plan for the human body to expand to such dimensions, and then shrink. The expansion mechanism is there for growth into adulthood (which never reverses) and the stretch is there to accommodate movement and seasonal weight fluctuations and pregnancy. If humans were expected to go through such changes, we would have a mechanism to slough off our old skins, like some organisms do.

I'm honestly not exactly sure when it comes to kids if the extra skin is permanent? But it can't be good...

Is this lap-band level shit? Fattie has no muscle mass. If you dieted correctly and worked on yourself shouldn't you have at least some muscle growth? I'm no gym rat but have at least mild results...
