Yeah. We probably shouldn't be giving a platform for a mentally ill person. Especially one that has no idea where reality and fantasy are separated.

I would like a Fallout that would be possible to finish without a single shot, and that would also be possible to finish in bloody carnage that rivals original doom. I am sucker for games that could be played million different paths.

I think that is what she was alluding to.

Well, if I wanted to go craft medicine, I would do that IRL, as it would benefit society and make me money. Violence generally does not benefit society, so I carry out those actions in video games instead.

Better go craft me some adderall, because I'm going to need it to stay awake playing that.

You mean that game full of impossibly thin women and violence, made by someone who gets up in arms about impossibly thin women and violence in games?

Briann Wu would know all about lazy, unimaginative game design. I can't think of anything much lazier or more unimaginative than a game composed entirely of QTEs, except maybe a glorified hypercard stack about mental health.

Serious question: did you only post this to laugh about it? Doesn’t seem like a very constructive action. If it’s so absurd, why give them attention? Alternately, if it’s worth posting, why not talk about it instead of laughing it off?
(I should note that I disagree with most or all of what I’ve heard of this person, and am not defending her opinion in any way.)

Mockery is a pretty good way of dealing with shit like this. It's like a non-violent form of protest.
[–] Andvari [S] 0 points 1 point 1 point (+1|-0) ago
Yes. Just to laugh I'm afraid. I felt that absurdity spoke for itself.
