I have no idea who Bianna Wu is, so I'll just skip the social context of this tweet that I read in the other posts here and simply reply to the content of the message: The last few times a skilled, large team tried to create a game without going the lazy route of violence for their gameplay we got Portal and Mirrors Edge.
So please, by all means, encourage large studios and publishers to try more of that and less of what we already have. And don't disregard that idea simply because some person of your disliking on some social media platform of your liking agrees with it.

You mean like in New Vegas where you could gather medicine for the Followers and help get people free from their addictions and possibly convince one of the biggest drug dealers in the area to start making medicine as well as his chems? or in Fallout 3 whee you could help wastelanders by giving them water? Hell that's not even getting into the shit you can make for yourself that heals.

Yes I totally agree! Just imagine how much more fun that would be! I've always dreamt of playing a game that has no imagination or fantasy whatsoever. That way, I get to experience monotony for all of my life, whether it be at work or at play! :D
They should do this with all games, every single one of them. Books and movies and art too. It should all teach you something positive and constructive and carry a strong social message. And we should all meet in the town centre tonight and burn anything that has a chance of inspiring anyone to do more then stick their heads in the ground and asses in the air. And we will celebrate joyously. And we will all wear the same clothes and hairstyles and we will all be pansexual furries and we will all play the same songs and write the same books and paint the same pictures. That would be neat.
