I'm not too sure how I feel about this but that's less about good/bad and whether or not it's my cup of tea.
Watching it through the show was great though. Just that one guy cheering when the corpse's arm got ripped off was hilarious to me.

It looks like Doom, and that's the best thing I can say about a game like this. Let's hope the game is actually good, these kind of "demos" usually look better than the final product.

..unimaginative game design. Imagine a Doom that cared as much about crafting medicine as killing hellspawn.
Joking aside it does look beautiful and if it can keep that level of immersion through the entire game it has a fair amount of promise.
Doom as it's meant to be. No more monster closet survival horror.
I'm so glad that ID software decided to take a page out of Brutal Doom's playbook.
You don't know about Doom Comic do you?

Brutal Doom looks like it was inspired by this.

Looks fun, but I felt like he's on ice skates or something.

Yeah I see that a bit too. I guess ive gotten used to a lot of "head bob" in games.

The head bob was probably removed for the trailer so that it could be better to show what was happening, and probably for the people who get motion sickness caused by head bob.
