Interesting result, it would be the polite thing to do that when asked you take down photos of someone else. Then again sueing your parents isn't exactly polite either. I hope she has her own job and place to live as I know if I filed this suit I would not be welcome in that house anymore, or expect to have anything from them again. It also better be a large town or she is moving, as she is not going to be getting respect from anyone that knows about this stunt.

Woman Sues Her Parents for Posting Childhood Photos

'But her lawyer is adamant that if he can prove the photos violated the woman’s right to privacy, her parents could be forced to pay damages and legal fees. '

'She went on, “I’m tired of not being taken seriously by my parents,” who, despite her requests, have refused to take the photos down. '

' The trial date is set for November, unless the parties involved can settle the whole thing with an allowance raise. '

'But privacy laws are less strict in Austria, and there’s little precedent for a case of this kind. '

'The woman’s father reportedly believes he’s in the right to post the pictures because he took them. '
