I find it interesting that the Vermont birthplace of Radical Republican leader Thaddeus Stevens is virtually all white to this day. Supposedly there are blacks there but I didn't see them:

By extension, ethnocultural preservation can be seen as, and presented as, in line with environmental awareness.

I like this point, comparing it to preserving endangered species of animals would give some lefties at least a little cognitive dissonance.

I agree #4 is the most critical and requires the most preparation. I would re-arrange 1-3 though as I think the following is closer to my plan:

  1. Find correct spot for purchase.

  2. Build my off-grid home on massive acreage.

  3. Recruit others to do the same thing on my land.

I don't want to go in ahead of time with a coalition of multiple different contributors. Rather, I want to start with 100% ownership by a single entity (me in the beginning) and slowly grow it from there. Newcomers will own whatever they build or bring onto the land, but will not own the land itself.
