American police have for the first time used a marijuana breathalyzer to evaluate impaired drivers. Opening line in the article. Notice the use of the word impaired being used, I certainly did.

I rolled my eyes soo hard, they both fell out of their sockets landing in the impaired bullshit narrative ... the hokey pokey blinded me.

I wonder how well it even works, I know the field tests currently used are laughably inaccurate

Knowing police love of lying about bogus science it's probably a disguised kazoo that they claim makes noise when it detects cannabis...

What about an opiate breathlyzer?
You know? For the MILLIONS of people prescribed heavy opiate painkillers who shouldn't drive on them?

Wow this will save so many lives. Think of all the countless lives taken by stoned drivers.. oh wait that's right, hardly anyone dies from stoned drivers. Think of the money this will generate for police departments around the country now that legalization is happening in many states. The demonization of cannabis and the war on drugs continues. Imagine them doing this with opioids.

Everyone knows heroin is safe when your doctor prescribes it.

Just like amphetamine.
But don't you dare touch that Kratom or devils weed!!
[–] RedditisPropaganda31 ago
And the fact that weed can stay in your system for up to 1 month...
Lot of sober drivers will be given a "positive" reading.

A month is a low end estimation. A typical stoner can expect it to stay 3 months and if theyre fat,6+ months sometimes.
