If he follows you around the train (ie you sit somewhere be every day) tell him to stop, and that you will take it as sexual harassment if he continues to follow you around the train. Repeat, unwanted physical contact of any kind can be considered sexual harassment one you tell them.

Call a friend while on your commute. Then stage the conversation. Tell him or her, in a disgusted tone and loudly, "I read that by 2020 half of Americans will have diabetes because of how disgustingly obese we've gotten. Can you believe that?! What self respecting person would eat themselves into such a state! I can't believe this country. Fucking gross."

That ought to do it.

Get a large starbucks or whatever coffee. Not too hot, loosen the lid at the stop before his, when he sits next to you and bumps you or when there's a jolt or something convincingly spill it on him.

If hes a fashion fat, damaging his clothes or whatever will piss him off the point he'll want to steer clear of you. If you're a female you can just apologize and it will probably get dropped. If he doesn't drop it or you're a dude, just apologize and if he presses tell him if he hadn't been crowding your space so much you likely wouldn't have spilt it on him.

There are two ways to go about this. Subtle or straight up. You can tell him to fuck off and risk some kind of scene, but that's quick. You can very clearly browse fph in his face and talk shit about fat people on the phone.

Get a deathmetal/punk denim jacket with sharp studs and spikes all over the elbows and outside edges of the forearms and upper arms. Put it on just before the train comes to a stop at your station and wear it while you’re on the train.

Sit next to someone else. If there are plenty of other seats and it's weird to sit next to a stranger, explain to them why you need to sit there. Wonderful way to start a conversation and make new friends.

Today I'm taking the train for the first time in ages. I'd rather stand than have anyone sit next to me. Are there any single seats? Could you sit beside a human person rather than have an open seat next to you? Or just stand?

You should ask him if he has lost weight if he says no then reply with a "well you should" and if he says yes then 1. He is a lier and 2. Reply "I thought my personal space went being violated as much"
